The Camp Uncus Cottage is a new rental to the Birches Resort. Situated 1.5 miles from the main lodge, this newly constructed private home is situated in a nicely wooded area with easy access to snowmobile, cross country skiing and walking trails. The home has a great room where your friends and family can cook, dine and relax. The Camp Uncus Cottage also has a full front porch. The cabin is heated with hot water baseboard heat. There is cable television with a VCR and DVD player as well as a telephone for your convenience.

This cozy cottage features a downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed. The loft has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. The large bathroom features a washer & dryer as well as a whirlpool tub. Please note that this is a non-smoking cabin and pets are not allowed. All linens, towels and kitchen items are provided.

Pricing is as follows: (Rents weekly only in July & August - Sunday to Sunday. Home rents daily the rest of the year with a two night minimum.) Pricing is based on the first 4 people. Additional people are $318/person/week or $53/person/day.
