Appetizers

French onion soup – A Birches Resort specialty! 

Smoked Salmon Plate – Thinly sliced salmon garnished with red onion, capers and creamy horseradish sauce.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms – Fresh mushrooms topped with Jonah’s crab meat stuffing, baked in white wine lemon butter sauce. 

Entrees

The Birches Ratatouille – Lightly sauteed eggplant, zucchini, onions, pepper and capers served over bow tie pasta.

Paul’s Own Baby Back Ribs – BBQ ribs served with potatoes and vegetable. 

 Haddock with White Wine – Haddock topped with breadcrumbs and baked in white wine and lemon butter. Served wtih wild rice and vegetable. 

Chicken Sate with Peanut Sauce - Marinated grilled breast of chicken on a bed of rice, topped with a sauce of ground peanuts, coconut milk, curry, cinnamon and Thai spices.  

Ribeye with Black Bean and Corn Salsa – Ribeye steak served the way you like it and topped with a piquant salsa of black beans, tomatoes and corn. Served with roasted potatoes. 

The Birches Resort’s Famous Prime Rib Roast – Friday and Saturday night only! They come for miles around for this house specialty. Black Angus prime rib, roasted potatoes, vegetable and horseradish sauce. 

Entrees include a mixed greens salad.
